The Hikvision DS-K1808A series card reader uses a 32-bit high-speed processor for better device performance. It supports the dealer RS-485 protocol and dealer Wiegand, and has a built-in IC card reader module compliant with ISO 14443-A at 13.56 MHz, reading both MIFARE card serial numbers and MIFARE card contents. It features tamper-proof design with tamper alarm, a built-in buzzer for audible card-reading status feedback, support for online firmware upgrades and watchdog functionality.
